Villa il Sogno - Homelike Villas

Established at the end of the 1600s as a "fortified house", then transformed into an inn to host the pilgrims who traveled the ancient via Romano - Lauretana, Villa Il Sogno was transformed into a beautiful farmhouse in the second half of the nineteenth century and, since then, it has preserved its own charm. Arranged on three floors, in addition to the main structure of the manor house, the Villa has two other units and is able to host up to 25 people.
The entrance to the main building opens onto a large central hall where a striking original 1920s billiards stands out in the background. To the left of the living room you will be welcomed by a large dining room and another living room with a stone fireplace while on the right you will find a beautiful kitchen. On the first floor you will find five bedrooms, three private bathrooms and a large common bathroom. Finally, a splendid suite with a view has been created in the attic. The two separate outbuildings, on the other hand, can comfortably accommodate other guests. One consists of a spacious living room with two comfortable sofas, a small study with desk, a large kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms and two bathrooms; the other one has a large living room, with a beautiful fireplace that hides the kitchen in an original way, a sofa and a dining table. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, then, complete the whole. The rooms of the house are spacious and to be lived with exposed wooden beams, brick walls and terracotta floors. The furnishings with very original touches and unique details are highly refined. In the sleeping area the floor with large wooden boards gives warmth and welcome to the guests while the high ceilings and the numerous windows offer brightness and airiness to the spaces.
The house is surrounded by over two hundred olive trees that create a perfect setting for a holiday in complete tranquility and privacy in direct contact with nature. Lovable the large garden, with a rectangular-shaped swimming pool isolated from the house to ensure privacy, where there is also a barbecue area. The infinity pool, at the back of the Villa, measures 17 meters long by 5 wide and has a depth of 1.40 meters with the possibility of using a beach area to lie down or sit on the water. By the pool there is a solarium with sun loungers equipped with mattresses and a wrought iron gazebo with sofas. Inside the property there is also a private chapel still consecrated.
The Villa can also host meetings, courses and corporate events, small religious ceremonies and is capable of hosting up to 50 people.
A stone's throw from the property you can discover the typical hills of the Marche region that frame the towns of Corinaldo and Ostra Vetere and which seem to have come out of a painter's palette. Not far from here there is the Regional Natural Park of Gola Rossa and Frasassi, with its wonderful caves to be discovered. The port of Senigallia, with the suggestive Rotonda sul Mare, is only thirty minutes away by car. Ancona Falconara airport is 40 minutes away.
