Central location in Ostersund with parking behind the hotel. There is also a garage under the hotel and a multi storey car park nearby. Friendly staff. Rooms are a nice size although as others have said the room decor is dark so you need to turn on multiple lights to light up the room. The winter park at the frozen lake is wonderful!

Very good workers! They helped if there was an issue! Room cleaning could’ve been better as we had to swap rooms since some of them hadn’t even been cleaned. Breakfast was okay! The spa floor never fails to be relaxing! Lovely stay:)
