Nice two days business visit at Östersund, hotel is in good spot right in the hard of the town, depite to that it was easy to find free over night place for big van I was travelling.

Central location in Ostersund with parking behind the hotel. There is also a garage under the hotel and a multi storey car park nearby. Friendly staff. Rooms are a nice size although as others have said the room decor is dark so you need to turn on multiple lights to light up the room. The winter park at the frozen lake is wonderful!

Bra skick på rum och gemensamma ytor, renlighet var bra. SPA avdelningen var trevlig, observera att utomhus poolen är väldigt grund. Vi bodde i ett familjerum där dubbelsängen bara var 120 cm bred, vilket var i minsta laget för oss två, men den var bekväm. Var nogrann om ni parkerar på gatan pga datumparkering/varannan vecka.

Rum 328. Det behövs fler lampor i badrummet. I duschen blir det svart då man drar för drapperiet. Vid spegeln behövs bättre ljus för att kunna sminka sig. Duschmunstycket till 'handduschen" verkar trasig, får ingen bred dusch. Annars jättenöjd
