Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The apartment has an ideal location, which is its main advantage. However, we were very disappointed upon arrival to find a spider and webs that had to be removed immediately. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant – dirty, with mold and unhygienic items. There were also several minor issues throughout the apartment. We informed the property manager and provided photos, but unfortunately, no compensation was offered on their own initiative. Very disappointing – such a shame given the great location!
