The staff were helpful when asked. There was only one chair in the room, which meant one if us had to sit on the bed. We had a smallish suitcase, but it did not fit on the space provided. They have a dining area for breakfast but do not offer dinner. We were charged for parking. The car park needs some work doing to it. We do not believe in paying for parking, when we have already paid for the room. When we look for a hotel, our first priorities are free parking and a restaurant. If a hotel does not offer these, then we discard them. I cannot understand why we booked it, but will be double checking IHG hotels in future, in fact, I will not even consider them as an option.
