This cozy apartment, suitable for up to 2 adults, offers approximately 50 m² of living space divided into 2 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom (with shower). It is located in the quiet Katharina Boardinghouse, a renovated historic building. The open-concept kitchen invites you to relax at a wooden table while cooking and chatting. The living area consists of a living room with a couch, a flat-screen TV, a cozy blanket, and atmospheric lighting. The apartment is modernly furnished, bright, and features beautiful high ceilings.


The box-spring beds can be used separately or pushed together to form a double bed. A washing machine is available in the basement. Standard spices, vinegar, and oil, as well as a small complimentary minibar, can be found in the kitchen.

The Margareta vacation apartment is in an excellent location: quiet, yet centrally located. Restaurants (ranging from pizzerias to fine dining) and bars are just a few minutes away. A wide variety of shopping options (organic supermarket, bakery, discount store, drugstore, pharmacy, bank) are a 5-minute walk away, and the city center is also easily accessible on foot. The apartment is approximately 750 meters from the Felix-Nussbaum-Haus, the Stadthalle, and the Emma Theater. The University of Osnabrück is 1 km from the Margareta Apartment. In the Katharinenviertel neighborhood, between Lotter Straße and Martinistraße, Art Nouveau facades, stately villas, and craftsmen’s houses define the streetscape. There are small pubs and cafés everywhere here. The combination of historic ambiance, plenty of green spaces, proximity to downtown, and tranquility gives this neighborhood its special charm. The Weststadt is Osnabrück’s creative district. Many artists and cultural professionals work in the studios in the Martinihöfe and at the Kulturwerk on Lotter Straße.
