Clean room. Comfortable beds. Staff very helpful and kind. Easy checkin & out The hotel location is near restaurant & transportation. They served delicious breakfast, so many many choices of buffet style, i love the caviar. Place is safe. There's 7-11 near by if you want to buy quick snack .

Enjoyed my stay. Spacious quiet room (away from the street). Friendly helpful staff. Good location although the area is a bit sketchy at night. Great breakfast. Would stay here again.

The location has convenient acces to public transportation; a three minute walk to a tram and bus stop; ten minute walk to the central train station. Two of the tram lines will take you straight to Vigeland Park without transferring. When we had to leave, we walked to the train station with our luggage for an easy ride to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Our room on the sixth floor was small but comfortable and very quiet. Rooms on the sixth floor are up in the roof, so the ceiling slopes down steeply and the window is a skylight, with limited view.

Was really looking forward to staying here based on reviews from other guests. Requested a quiet room. Staff gave me one with construction within 30 feet of my window. Got another room. Had to listen to loud live music every night til 11:00. The bathroom was tiny. Staff seemed indifferent toward guests. I also thought the neighborhood was kind of sketchy. Only highlight was the breakfast. BEST I HAVE EVER HAD ON ANY VACATION.

We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel and found it to be within walking distance to all of the major sights. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was wonderful - perhaps the best of any breakfasts in our two-week vacation. The decor in the common spaces is old/worn and in need of updating.
