First, the shuttle bus is not “free”, and they would not take either my American Express nor Visa card.(The Visa card didn’t work, for some reason. I gave $10.00 US which I luckily had in my wallet for the fare!) Secondly, please have your desk clerks advise visitors of the need to use their room keys to make the elevators work. Lastly, again, the front desk clerks need to advise guests of the in room wall cards to get the room lights to work! Otherwise, your hotel met my needs. Thank you.
