I had a great room with a comfortable bed in a quiet part of the hotel. Breakfast was included in the price and they offered an extensive buffet including hot food. Hotel was located 100m from the nearest tram stop which provided regular services into the city centre. Highly recommend the hotel.

Good for a quick budget stay, surprisingly good breakfast. Room was a bit too warm in the summer though. Good location. The "lounge" on the second floor needs a serious update.

We had a great stay, even though we were only there for one night. The only area that could have been improved was the breakfast buffet. By around 9:00 a.m., items like the pancakes had run out and were not refilled during our visit. We also felt that the fruit selection could have been a bit more varied. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience.

Position on lovely street with easy access to tram and good dining options; close grocery store. Great breakfast and room was good size for family of 4. Was rather hot for our stay so room & breakfast area was bit warm as no a/c. Otherwise excellent!
