Lovely hotel in a great location, walking distance to Royal Palace and lots of public transport. Rooms spacious and clean. All staff friendly, professional and approachable. As a vegetarian there was plenty of choices at breakfast. Supermarkets within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely return.

Excellent location for our needs. Fair price. We would stay there again if in Oslo. Room was clean. Staff friendly, including very helpful cleaning staff. Breakfast was more limited than other Scandic's we stayed at (there were five others) but the price charged was considerably less. For a senior couple trying to keep costs down in an expensive country, it was two big thumbs-up! Beautiful country, beautiful people...

There was water leakage in some of the rooms and I was offered a new room on the opposite side of Oslo centre. No compensation, no assistance with getting me and/or my luggage to the other location. This is something I would have expected as the distance was 2,5 km.
