We had an issue with the AC within the room and it was quickly sorted by the staff and we were relocated to an upgraded room. The staff were amazingly friendly and provided a great first impression of the hotel. Breakfast was also amazing.

Lovely idyllic location with sensational views of the city. Breakfast and lunch buffets were both excellent and service throughout the hotel was very friendly and attentive. The woman that checked us in and sorted a small hiccup with our rooms was especially welcoming and helpful. Spa and gym facillites were very relaxing and available at a good price. Only wish that we were able to spend a longer time here.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful spot near the ski jump. It's a little out of the city centre, but that's part of the appeal. You also get an amazing view of the city from the hotel, which is spectacular.
