The hotel was beautiful. Front desk and restaurant staff are not so great. Could use some humility and a big customer service course. The room had no tissues, we asked for some at the front desk, their answer was we don't use tissues, use the toilet paper (??). another instance we arrive at restaurant for breakfast at 10:30 (closes at 11), we are asked to sit in a darker area because they were getting ready for lunch (understood), at 10:45, the waiter turns the light off on us and complains (pouting) that we ask for the lights to be turned on. Other than that, the view is fantastic!
