We stayed at the Radisson Blu because we had a late fight in and an early flight out the next morning. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality, for an airport hotel. It was clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was very good!! Above all it was extremely convenient, very short walk from the airport and exceptionally quiet inside. We didn’t hear the planes at all.

I checked in and Andreas, the first customer service person who was training, was very nice and professional. I got up to my room, and it sounded like the door lock was dying and wouldn't unlock. I went back downstairs to get a different room. The second guy I dealt with suggested that I didn't know my numbers and went to the wrong room. Then he suggested that I didn't know how to use the card key (I travel a fair bit and do know how they work). Then he suggested that I was too weak to open the door. It was rather insulting. He wanted to just send me back up to that room and meet a maintenance guy, but I had already been traveling for 36 hours with no sleep and really just wanted another room. He finally got me a different room. The second room had no problem with the door opening for me, and the rest of my stay went well.
