The hotel is really a great hotel right at the airport. Everything was nice and clean and a huge room for Europe. A short walk from airport to hotel! The only reason for 4 stars is the restaurant staff needs some work! Had to ask for anything we needed they never check on you.

Excellent stay and professional staff! I did have an issue with whether or not we had the right hotel --- the name is very confusing. The person checking in next to me had the same problem. Oftentimes you have tired and weary travelers - a name should not be something people are confused about. Also, you may want to indicate that the hotel isn't "connected" to the airport, but that there is a 400m (or so) covered walkway that is. We didn't have a problem with this, but this would be a problem for my 80 year old parents who would have to haul luggage. It's also open to the elements, so keep your coats out for the walk. Overall, really great stay! But, small details would have made it a 10 and would help other travelers.

The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. And the staff were very welcoming. I have only two negative things to say: first, while the breakfast buffet was extensive, there was only one coffee machine working and the line for it was long. Also, when the coffee beans were all gone, it took a while for the staff to replenish. One coffee machine at breakfast for a 214-room hotel is poor. Second, the gym. When I visited, the gym was untidy and only one out of the three treadmills was working. I think the staff need to review the condition of the gym more regularly and seek to rectify the broken machines more speedily. In all, I would stay here again, I hope that the gym issues are rectified when I return.

Everything was very good. The only thing for improvement would be to do with the signs from the airport when walking. I have poor night vision and the signs were not lighted. Light bulbs must have blown.
