We stayed for two nights and it was a comfortable room, quiet considering it was so close to the central train station. Check-in was easy. We didn't use any of the other facilities so we can't comment.

It was ok. The location is convenient, as it is a 2-minute walk to Oslo Central Station. They don't clean rooms on a daily basis, and there are no towels replaced and available on a daily basis. If you ask, you will be charged. Each day, one towel is standard everywhere but not here.

Bed was not huge (the size of a small double in the UK), but it was comfortable, so absolutely fine for us. Bathroom was a good size with a good size shower. Based on prior reviews I read, I was concerned that a lot of water would seep out of the shower and the whole bathroom floor would be wet, but luckily this was not the case. Some water definitely seeped out, but it was not too bad and dried fairly quickly as the floors were heated. Great location really close to the train station so very convenient. Would stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location to the train station and was very comfortable with spotless clean room. Relaxed cafe type vibe in the foyer with self check in facility that was ok but could be confusing for some with lengthy check in, requiring lots of details and processing our own keys etc. Queue formed behind us, It was noticed that nobody forthcoming to assist or offer guidance. Good job my daughter is tech savvy. We didn't use the catering facilities so can't comment on the drinks/food.

La ubicación inmejorable. La habitación es amplia, no obstante es muy oscura y encima tenía problemas con la luz principal ya que la misma parpadeaba. El baño cómodo, con suficiente lugar para acomodar los artículos personales. No me agradó que no hubo limpieza ni un sólo día durante mi estancia de 5 noches, me parece desagradable dormir en una cama sin haberse cambiado, tomando en consideración que se puede sudar en la noche. Tuvimos que solicitar toallas ya que de lo contrario tampoco se hubiesen cambiado.
