Check-in was a shambles, with a very long wait. Also, it seemed to be taking an inordinately long time to check in some guests, with what seemed to be lengthy chats. Once I reached the front of the queue the Receptionist was very efficient and my check-in took only 2-3 minutes. More staff are required, or retraining of staff to be more efficient at processing data, though the friendliness aspect may suffer. Also, there was no room in the restaurant to get late evening food, after a long time travelling en route.
