Pros: Great location and low price Cons: No staff onsite and email request was not answered, single room is tiny, as everything is automated via your phone you need to rely on your phone for check in as well as daily entry. Decent hotel but would likely stay somewhere with better customer service next time.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The floor in the shower was dirty. There wasnt enough lighting in the bedroom. Unde thbeds was dusty. No milk for tea and coffee. The front door mat was inadiquate and the floor w as so wet

The location was great. The front entrance door to the building was broken my entire stay. When I arrived to my room I couldn’t get the door unlocked. I contacted the person on WhatsApp and there was no response. I had just arrived from a very long flight and was tired. It took about 30 mins until someone responded to assist with the door issue.

The front door should be secured by a code lock but when I arrived the lock was broken and the door was wide open. There’s no staff on site which makes it difficult to get help since the chat isn’t someone local and fairly unhelpful when you ask about property questions.

Super convenient location but the gym is 30 minutes away... There is construction ongoing and our drain was clogged with previous guests hair in the drain. Having access to a washer and dryer (with tablets provided) was a bonus (but only 1 washer and 1 dryer so it was a struggle to get a spot). App works well to open door/luggage. Room was quite spacious (awful view though) and was nice it had a kettle/fridge

Our communication was primarily via WhatsApp. The Pocket Room was comfortable and included a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a water bottle (for use while there; not to keep). This problem Bob W couldn't control: the first room I was assigned was noisy because of the construction next door. They moved me to a quiet one on another floor. The thing to be aware of is that the hotel is fully automated. Online check-in to receive the front door entrance code and find out what room you're staying in. I used the WhatsApp-provided website to access my room each time. There is a 'slider' at the bottom of this page. To access the room, slide the bar to the right. Within a few seconds, the door's button turns green, the door clicks, and you open the door.

It was certainly clean, comfortable and very well located. Odd that it had a good sized refrigerator but not a microwave oven. It was absolutely wonderful that there was a washing machine and dryer for no charge that even had laundry detergent to use.

Room is very clean and spacious for two people. Well equipped with toiletries etc, useful to have power sockets on both sides of the bed. We didn't choose breakfast, but note that breakfast is a voucher to use at nearby cafe. Comfy bed. I would stay here again.

Amazing, high tech hotel close to main shopping, tourist and station locations. Everything was clean and great facilities and inclusions - which included free yoga sessions, laundry room and gym! Loved our stay and would definitely come back.
