The amenities provided were very good and there was plenty of crockery etc. The bathroom was tiny and needs an upgrade. The building itself is not particularly attractive, but it is within walking distance of the city centre.

Great location near train station. When coming by train, simply walk down platform 3/4 and take the lift to Acrobat Bridge. From here there is a walkway on the left that avoids all the stairs which are a pain with cases. The office is 20m to the right.

Directions to the property were very poor, beds were very soft and not comfortable to sleep, no AC or Fans in rooms, was not comfortable to sleep in hot weather, bedrooms are tiny, no room to keep a cabin bag. No coffee or water in apartment, just one bathroom for 3 bedrooms apartment. I will not recommend this property to stay, better to look for something else.

Everything about these apartments was great, from smooth and professional check-in, to luggage storage, to cleanliness and value for money. Would definitely stay again. Given the full kitchen amenities, it would have been nice to have some basic kitchen supplies (e.g. oil, salt) but apart from that, I couldn't fault it. Thank you Vander!

We had an employee enter our room without knocking one morning. There is no way to lock the door from the inside to prevent entry. On our day of departure, housekeeping started coming by at 9am to change over our room even though check out was 11am. At 10:30am they came in and just started cleaning and rushed us out. We felt very unwelcome. We will not be staying here, or any other property they manage, ever again.
