Very minimalist apartment two plain bedrooms with living room, dining combo and kitchenette. Everything we need and in a good area so I truly enjoyed it I would go back again if I ever found myself heading toward Norway

I would have given a 5-star had the elevator was working (we were told by management it was out of service for a few months). We stayed on the 5th floor and it was a challenge walking up and down, especially with luggages. And the building fire alarm went off every day for 4-5 days. That said, it's a very comfortable and extremely convenient place to stay. Very clean, large and roomy 2-bedrooms aparent that we booked. Full kitchen. Two supermarkets are within walking distance. Public transportation is couple minutes walk.

The location of the apartment is excellent — very close to tram and bus stops, with shops nearby, which makes it extremely convenient. The apartment itself is very pretty, well equipped and had everything we needed. It was also very quiet, likely because the windows faced the inner courtyard, which was a big plus. Cleanliness was outstanding 10/10. The cleaning lady deserves special mention: she was incredibly kind, accommodating, and did her absolute best. The delayed check-in (around 1.5 hours late) was clearly not her fault. With no lift in the building, she has to carry heavy items up and down multiple floors, which is quite unfair. Bless her! she did what she could under difficult circumstances. That said, there were a few downsides. The building has no elevator and we were assigned a 5th-floor apartment. Carrying luggage up and down was extremely difficult and we even had to ask passersby for help. Another issue was the hot water, it ran out in the middle of a shower. Short showers were fine, but if you want to take a longer shower or wash your hair, the hot water disappears and I had to use a kettle to finish. I’m not sure if this is a regular issue, but it was inconvenient. Overall, it’s a nice apartment in a great location, quiet and very clean, but a few things definitely need improvement.

Nothing bad to say, everything was clean and amazing area! The only thing was the digital key was very tempermental, and would sometimes not work. After getting into contact via phone they sorted it but still because these is not reception it was a little scary. But everything other than that was amazing!! 5 stars

Loved the appartment!! Beautiful, clean, convenient, comfortable!!! Kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable ! Convenient to have a washer - wish there was drier!! Walked EVERYWHERE; when it was raining - tram stop is 1 min away; had breakfast and dinner on the same street - excellent!

Warning! This property does not have an elevator!!! I was on the 6th floor and this was a huge surprise. When I contacted the company they said “the elevator has been broken for a long time and they have no control over when it gets fixed” they do have control over properly advertising the property as “It has no elevator”. Avoid this place!

Everything was really nice. It would have been better with air conditioning as the room got really warm especially when it was sunny. The elevator was not working so it was little bit of a problem climbing 5 flights of stairs up to our room as I have a bad knee. . All in all it was really good.

Family of four, including two children, travelling with a grandparent. So many bad components to this experience: check in through Vander app extremely inconvenient for a traveller on a different SIM card, Wi-Fi didn't work in the apartment, elevator broken in the apartment (hauled luggage up three floors), EXTREMELY HOT and uncomfortable despite leaving windows open over nith. No fans provided in apartment at all. This apartment is right across the street from a noisy bar that stays open until past 3 am, with drunk patrons partying in the street afterwards. Nobody slept and we never wanted to be in the apartment as it was way too hot. Left after one night. Terrible and would never recommend.

The apartment was clean and located in a central location. But here are some issues that we faced. Checkin process was not easy. They asked us to download Vander app and asked us to use it to check in and unlock the apartment. Major issue was that our reservation was not showing up even past checking time. The phone number they provided was not working, we tried calling multiple times. We finally heard back from them when we messaged via Expedia app. It was very stressful experience. Elevator in the building was broken. There was no AC in the apartment which meant that we had to keep our windows open at night. The noise of construction and bar goers kept us up at night. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment.
