The walls are paper thin. I coulds hear people in other rooms tv's and people walking on the floor above me while i was trying to sleep during the night. I am not a light sleeper. There was also what spunded like pipes popping from the air conditioning unit. It was fine, just not a quiet environment.

Everything was great! Bed was comfy. Shower was great. Everything was very clean! The only thing was that the air conditioner was kinda clunky and loud but otherwise very good!

This is a new property so it is very clean. It is not lucerious lodging but it definitely is up there with Hampton Inn or Comfort Inn. Great morning buffet, which be open longer on a weekend Some people like to sleep in on weekends and getting down to breakfast by 9am. Too early.

This hotel is not prepared for small children. The rooms have a very open style, no wardroves, drawers, etc where you can put things that you don't want your small kid taking. No safe either. Bathroom doesn't have lower faucet nor flexible shower hose so if you depend on those to bathe your son/daughter, it will not work. The AC was tremendously noisy and they had to shut it down becuase it was malfunctioning. After that, my son got some fever so we decided to leave one day early. Even though I checked out around 11.30 am and they told me that would be ok, they never refunded me that last night. In general I would have expected given the issues with the AC and the current situation that they would be a little more understanding, but I guess they don't think that way.

I liked the layout and simple decor. Bathroom was spacious, and I liked the glass door as opposed to shower curtain. Temperature in room was adjustable and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food options for a hot breakfast were fewer when compared to other hotels, but the yogurt and mixing were tasty.

Very new property, but it seems they’re still working some of the kinks out. Pool had to be closed for maintenance three different times (during a three day stay). Temperature in the fitness center seemed to be stuck at almost 80°. However overall, it had all of the perks of Tru: good location with walkable restaurant options, great free breakfast, plenty for the kids to do, and the staff was outstanding!
