Osakis A-Frame Waterfront Cabin + Private Dock

Stay right on the water at The A-Frame on Lake Osakis - perfect for a fishing trip, family weekend, or getting a group up north. Enjoy a sandy-bottom shoreline, private dock, and a unique walleye spawning creek running through the property. Spend your days on the lake and your nights around the fire pit in a quiet, tree-covered setting.

The space
Where You Will Sleep:

There are 2 Bedrooms & a loft in the A-Frame.

Bedroom 1: Located on the main floor next to the bathroom, this bedroom is handicap accessible. Queen Bed.

Bedroom 2: Located upstairs, this bedroom has a Queen on Queen bunk bed. Each bunk can hold 400 lbs of weight.

Loft: The loft upstairs allows sleeping for 2 on a Queen bed.

Where You'll Cook:

The cabin has a full kitchen. Although small, you should be able to find all you need for your stay. There is no dishwasher.

Where You'll Eat:

The dining table seats 8 guests, and the bar sits 3.

Outdoor space:

Enjoy the water's edge, just feet from the cabin. Relax while lounging on the patio furniture on the front deck overlooking our walleye spawning stream & bridge, eat lunch at the picnic table by the lake's edge, or sit around the fire pit in the private, tree-covered backyard (we do not provide fire wood.) Enjoy the paddle-boat and canoe provided for your enjoyment. Please bring your own life jackets. Yard games and extra lawn chairs are available in the shed at the entrance of the property for your use.

**NOTE: Although the lake is great for fishing, and has a sandy bottom, weeds may wash up to shore during your stay (we do remove weekly.) There is a weed rake available for you to use if weeds wash up to shore during your stay.***

Other things to note
Dogs ARE allowed but we do require an additional fee. Sorry we can only accommodate dogs at this time. Please be respectful of rugs while the dogs are inside. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. Please make sure pets have clean paws before letting them enter the house. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard before you depart. You are responsible for your pet and must pay any damages at the cost of replacement or repair due to an animal. Any additional cleaning fees resulting from pets will also be passed to you. Please bring a kennel if this helps you and your dog to follow the rules. There are wild grapes growing in the front yard of the property. We provide a gate on the bridge to keep pets out of the front yard if you are concerned about this!

Please note that although children are allowed, the cabin is not baby proofed and the stairs, decks, stream and lake carry inherent safety risks that require supervision by an adult at all times.

This cabin is in the country on a creek and lake. It is about a 15 minute drive to town.
