We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was unbelievably good—easily worth a Michelin star—and became one of the highlights of our trip. Every detail, from the atmosphere to the service, exceeded our expectations. Staff and restaurant were perfect! Room was still dirty upon entrance, bathroom mirror was dirty and shower was dirty (I have pictures.) I called and asked them to have it re-cleaned and it wasn’t. Cleanliness could’ve been a little better but overall a good hotel.

About a 10 minute walk to the closest subway station but convenient to a lot of small restaurants. Surrounded by locals in the area so it’s not as touristy as it would be if you stayed closer to dotonburi. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend!

Great hotel with a beautiful design, particularly the lobby area. Rooms are comfortable and very quiet sleep on the 12th floor. Free coffee in the lobby also great.
