In-unit laundry is a wonderful perk and it adds to the convenience factor. Easy walk to two train stations. Helpful staff on-site available to provide assistance. They do speak English so communication is easier for our traveling party. Overall a very pleasant stay without issues and for a good price. We felt safe walking around in the area - It is located in a residential neighborhood with a few konbinis nearby).

The room was perfect for our 3 week stay with our baby. The place was clean, staff very helpful, kind and easy to communicate with. The location was better than we thought- the Keihan City mall has everything you might need, it’s close to trains and parks by the castle, river or lovely neighborhood playground right on the corner. Great spot to be out of the busy city, while still be super accessible with many food options. Good value for the space, location and self serve amenities.

Best place we ever stayed. Great communication, laundry machine includes drying, drys cloth really well. We got Amazon delivered there too, the staffs are super friendly. Hair dryer dries slow, other than that it’s perfect!!!

The apartment was large and spacious with a separate toilet room which makes getting ready in the morning a lot quicker for couples. Very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities. Only a few minutes away from multiple train stations. Highly recommended for short and long stays in Osaka.

Fantastic Location, Comfortable room

We just finished an amazing 4 night stay and were very impressed. The location is fantastic and there is a supermarket, multiple 7-Elevens, a mall and train station within a 3-5minute walk. The apartment is clean, comfortable and the check in/check out process was great. We are a family of 3 and would recommend this to anyone travelling with a small family. We would stay again next time we’re in Osaka

We looooved this place. Absolutely fantastic for the money! The man running the place is very polite welcoming and helpful! The rooms are really big! And the AC cold! Especially helpful in July!
