The best thing about this hotel is its location. Above a great supermarket and within walking distance of metro line and not far from Dotonbori area. We found the common areas a bit sterile and the check in was not the smoothest. Worse thing was the carpet in the room was stained in a few spots.

We stayed in their sister hotel in Tokyo. When I compare the 2, Osaka's location was not as clean. There were food splatter on the walls. The room.was not soundproof. I would not stay at this hotel again.
