Staff was pretty helpful. When I asked for laundry location. Its only 3 minutes walk by the way from the hotel. Our room got clogged on our last day but they sent a plumber right away when I complained downstairs. The hotel is steps away from Mini Mart and also 7 eleven so its so convenient. There is also a grocery store about 10min walk. Location is perfect in my opinion. Away from the noise of Dotonburi. It is also just a few minutes walk from train station. Will stay here again if Im in Osaka.
