Overall a very nice property. The service was very good, but perhaps not quite up the 5 star quality that Ritz-Carlton is know for. The Club Lounge was slightly less impressive than what we have experienced at other 5 star hotels.

The Ritz @ Ōsaka was one of the best experiences in our wonderful trip to Japan. From the front door you can feel the genuine service from all the staff. The tea lounge, the breakfast buffet am penalized with a live piano player, the easy access to metro station, the amazing Umeda view at night from our luxurious and elegant room, the splendid French cuisine at Le Baie - Michelin restaurant. All together made my wife Bday experience unforgettable. Special thanks for to Mounir at the lobby, Ayumi at the buffet, Chef Christophe at Le Baie, and Simon for making our stay very memorable. Definitely we will be back. 10/10.

This Hotel location is the best near a train station and amazing luxury stores. I paid extra for he breakfast buffet and to be honest, I do not think it was worth it. The quality of the food was not 5 stars.

The hotel staff were outstanding First class service. Great breakfast and luxurious room Classic style and design yes and not my usual choice but this was just the best hotel around. Go there!
