매우 깔끔한 주택. 칫솔과 수건이 없다고 나와있지만 갔을 때는 일회용 칫솔과 수건이 있었다. 수저와 포크, 그릇과 컵 등 충분한 식기 또한 있었다. 2층 주택이기에 3명이서 쓰기에 매우 여유로웠다. 8명까지는 충분히 수용할 수 있을 듯 하다. 3분거리에 전망이 아름다운 강과 조깅할 수 있는 넓은 공터가 있다. 츠카모토역과 3분거리에 있다. 동네 자체가 현지인이 많이 사는 로컬 분위기라 일본 그자체를 경험하기 좋았다. 뜨거운 물 또한 잘 나온다. 와이파이가 약간 끊기며, 1층이 약간 추울 수 있다.
