Very central location with immense shopping opportunities for those so inclined. Easy access to the subway system. Room was extremely well organized with good amenities. Breakfast was very good. Staff were excellent. The only criticism would relate to carpets, entry door and some furniture showing some signs of wear in our room. Overall, would highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful. But beauty only takes you so far. If you are planning a big cross country trip with multiple people this is not the place for you. Bathroom was extremely tight. Bathroom door opened and blocked the entrance to the shower. The shower itself didnt have a door so our floor would often get wet. Staff was friendly

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I want to highlight Hideya Nakatani. He gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived, and when it was time to leave, he was just as helpful and attentive. Throughout our stay, all staff went above and beyond- providing us with useful information about restaurants, shopping , and tourists attractions in the area. Overall, the hotel itself was very nice , and thanks to excellent service, we had a great time. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This property was fine, but TBH I had higher expectations from its star rating. It all felt a little old. Except for the top floor which had the restaurant and a fabulous breakfast buffet. It got the cleanliness marks as there was a stain on the comforter and a pillow was damp. They changed out room and sent chocolates as an apology.

Avoid at all Costs!!

I hate to say it, but I regretted this hotel from the moment I stepped foot in it. It is located on top of the most busiest train station and feels like you’re staying on top of a beehive. I don’t know how it received such a high rating. The room was about a 7 out of 10 for comfort and it does not give you that “I feel at home” vibe. If you want a true 5 star experience for your stay in Tokyo, consider the Hotel Chinzanso, which is the best hotel I ever stayed at. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
