Small rooms

This is probably a great hotel for a solo business traveller. The breakfast was good, front desk was friendly and helpful and the amenities were great. But the rooms themselves are small. The bathroom is small. We had three people in a room and there was almost no space for one of them to climb into the bunk bed.

Staff super friendly and gracious . Location superb if you want to get away from the Osaka hustle and bustle and tourist crowds. Breakfasts were very well done with nice variety. Park nearby was wonderful for morning walks… despite the very hot and humid days, 10-15 degrees hotter than normal this year. Also, within a 10 minute walk are two great art museums!

Very Poor English communication and service

I understand that the general English knowledge of Japanese people is not the best, but I’d definitely expect a hotel receptionist to speak and understand English, especially in the 2nd/3rd most visited city in Japan The guy during the check in couldn’t answer couple of simple questions that I asked. I stayed in a room with bunk bed, and I don’t understand why I had to prepare the upper bed by myself, while the one below was prepared by the cleaning staff. I had to do this again and again ever day after the room was cleaned by the staff. Breakfast was quite poor and the room was definitely small for 3 people, however clean

Nice little hotel. Family of 5 given interconnecting rooms. Rooms are small will little storage so probably best for 2-3 nights (we lived out of a suitcase). Clean and quiet area but close to metro (3 minute walk). Free drinks (including alcohol) in the evening and kids loved the pajamas and the ‘choose your pillow’ which we’d never seen before. Fun hotel with kids.

Super Hotel indeed

Amazing location. Friendly staff. Convenient. Close to 7-11, park restaurants and train stations. We also got the buffet breakfast. Will stay here again.
