Hotel lobby was messy and dirty. Hotel room was very dirty, many bugs and flies. Walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in other rooms and hallways. Air conditioning on but room was still hot.

Location near the famous Dotonbori street and many convenience stores. Breakfast buffet included was decent but honestly unnecessary with all the available options in the neighborhood. Very clean hotel, great free toiletries offered, umbrellas available for rent and vending machines are onsite for drinks + ice cream. Exchange machine available at the hotel but not the best rates you can find. Overall a wonderful option for an incredible Osaka visit.

The room is a bit small, which is typical for hotels in Japan, but the location is fantastic—just a 3-minute walk to Dotonbori. The morning breakfast buffet is also great.

I took a star off because the mini fridge they have in the room doesn't keep things cold or even cool, just somewhere above room temp. Yes, it did bother me enough to take a star off.
