Great place to stay at. Around a 3-5 min walk to the red line subway which can go directly to Namba or Shinsaibashi. Very affordable as well and gives you free amenities daily.

Really lovely staff, even for arriving late, made to feel welcome, lots of amenities provided and offered and looked after bags for us no problem. Room was clean comfortable and plenty of room with space under the bed for cases. Really enjoyed location and calm of the hotel, definitely recommend and well connected and near to transport lines.

My first time at a Sotetsu Fresa, it was lovely, clean and convenient. Across the street from the Yodoyabashi station entrance, friendly izakaya next door and a great price. I ended up staying additional nights because I enjoyed it here. Thank you to the helpful staff for extending my booking!

Good location and price for hotel. Lots around it to eat. Near the river and metro so easy to get too. Nice bed although room small but same as most Tokyo rooms. Staff friendly, breakfast ok. Lots of different essentials you can have if you run out of stuff. They have a laundry area and microwave area. Didn’t use it but looks clean and handy. Stayed for 3 nights so just long enough

This is the second time i have stayed at a Sotetsu Fresa inn and i find them to offer modern accommodation and facilities, and a good balance between cost and room size (which is better than regular Japanese business hotels). This location is particularly good as on a junction of the Midosuji line that runs north south and connects a lot of useful destinations, and an east west line. In fact the hotel elevator can be accessed directly from the subway around exit 17. Check in was by machine but assisted by staff, check out easy and bag drop by self managed lockup. The only reason for the 4stars for amenities was the breakfast was biased to an asian taste, but otherwise lots of choice.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great! They were super helpful with every request and went out of their way to make each guest feel welcome. I would say the bang for your buck wasn’t great, though. The following negative is just so travelers know what to expect, not anything upsetting. The room is tiny, with no space to set luggage (we only had one backpack each). They had a sign on the bed when we arrived that said luggage can be set under the bed, but also no place to set clothes. I stayed in hotels in both Tokyo and Kyoto with bigger rooms for the same price. Again, overall it was good, but better value can be found.
