Pros: We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The breakfast was awesome with wide variety of hot and cold stuff. Very close to their metro (underground) system. Cons: They had no coffee powder either in the room nor in their amenities bar. A little bit of a walk from Shin-Osaka station (10 -12 mins).

Great stay, clean room and cleaning service every 3 days. Hotel staff were very nice and courteous, bath and face towel replaced everyday. Trash also cleared by staff if placed outside.
