The hotel is a short walk from Shin-Osaka station, although we more frequently used Nishi Nakajima Minamigata subway station to Umeda (2 stations away) and Namba. The room is generally bigger than most hotels in Umeda and Namba, and cheaper too. They adopt an eco-plan where the room will only be cleaned every 3 nights of stay, but no worries, they provide fresh towels everyday. There are certainly not as many shops and eateries in comparison to Umeda and Namba, but quite a handful on the other side of the subway station, including a couple of supermarkets and fast food restaurants. The hotel staffs are nice, and facilities include coin laundry, ice machine, vending machine etc. A few convenience stores near the hotel too. Didn't try their breakfast, no comment on that. We almost had our breakfast daily from Komeda Coffee nearby. Will consider staying at this hotel again, especially if we are using Shinkansen.

We loved our stay here, the room was big and the area was nice and quiet compared to the busy city. The breakfast option was so nice! We loved the food! And we also loved how close it was to the stations and the staff were very kind and friendly. They held our luggage so we can to explore Osaka Castle after we checked out, will definitely recommend!!

Our room was very small (with a tiny bathroom). For the price we paid - maybe we should have expected it, but it was still uncomfortable. The service was friendly, and the location is good - 8 minutes walk to the Shin-Osaka station.

The room was small but spacious enough for two people for a few days. The breakfast was good with enough options for vegeterian visitors as well. The bed was a bit hard for our taste and we shouldve gotten a room with a larger bed. Train station is very close and it got us around very well.

The hotel itself is ok but nothing great to look forward to. The surrounding area is run down and near a freeway overpass. They seem to largely cater to cost-conscious tourists. Would advise staying near Umeda station instead.

Simple stay, needed things are provided for a Japanese Hotel. As we had a corner room, the room felt more spacious but not sure if the other rooms were the same built or not. Was able to open up a medium size suite case in the open space and still be able to move around without feeling crammed in. Room was clean and did not have any issues. Will keep in mind as a good hotel for my next visit to the area again.
