My partner and I stayed here for 12 nights. The deluxe non-smoking room was small but we made it work. It was clean and the staff was friendly. They spoke some English. We had an issue with our AC in the room and they could not fix it so they moved us to a standard room which was smaller but again, fulfilled our needs. And the refunded the difference. The best thing about the hotel is the location. We are right above a subway station which made transportation very simple. We were also close to Dotonbori, about a 15 minute walk. If we go back to Osaka, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was the biggest hotel room we stayed in during our trip to Japan and the bed was very comfortable. Very convenient: located right above Yotsubashi Station, 7 min walk to Shinsaibashi, and a 12 min walk to Dotonburi. Staff was friendly and amenities were great.

This must be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Japan. More importantly, the reception staff are arrogant, rude and unhelpful. Communication was next to impossible as they only speak Japanese but the main problem was their negative, inappropriate, and unhealthy attitude. I have stayed in a number of hotels in Japan before and the reception staff usually go out of their way to help but this hotel was the exception. I strongly advise you to avoid at all costs - you have been warned.

First time in Osaka, my husband and I really love the place. It was worth it! We were on the right area around shinsaibashi. Close to the Osaka Metro, transportation was really easy. A lot of shopping malls, 7/11, lawson. Dotonbori is walking distance too. Place was really clean, nice staff and they gave you fresh towels everyday! Thank you, once we will be back in Osaka definitely I’ll stay here again!

Except for the convenient location and friendly staff, this hotel was a disappointment. It is worn down and tired. Housekeeping in the common areas, notably the lobby area (specifically the dirt in the area between the 2 main doors) and the obviously stained floors of the elevators, lead me to question whether I should cancel my reservation and look for another hotel. The room was tiny, with the bathroom being small as well and dark.
