Check-in needs to be faster, and the lobby temperature should be colder. Standing in line while sweating isn’t enjoyable. Also the televisions are from 2013 with no smart features. That’s pathetic for a five star hotel! Service staff were helpful and friendly and the food/bar options are great.

Definitely an excellent place to stay!

Second time staying at this hotel and it does not disappoint. Everything here is excellent - customer service is top tier and location is so very convenient. Many places to eat and shop and with the train station being below the hotel this cannot be beat.

Our room had unbeatable views of the city, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The bar, however, was a little overpriced and the food there wasn’t as tasty. I’d still recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Not a 5 star. Location and views are good but that’s pretty much it. Check in was long, room was not ready on time, room smelled very musty, mold in the shower, housekeeping services were not great. Room felt dirty. No touches like a welcome drink (especially if kept waiting). Had no desire to try any of their food…
