During our eleven-night stay at this city hotel, which featured a traditional ryokan, we experienced exceptional comfort and hospitality. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of delectable options. Additionally, the onsen on the upper floor was open throughout the night, providing an ideal setting for relaxation. We also savored delectable evening ramen and ice cream, and the massage chair was a thoughtful amenity. I can’t really fault this place. My room was spotlessly clean and pretty spacious for Japan. The onsen was great - a nightly ritual I came to love. I didn’t eat at the hotel so no comment on the breakfast. It’s close to multiple metro lines, including trains direct to Kyoto. Easy to walk downtown or Umeda. I’d definitely stay here again with great pleasure.

We had a corner double room and it was a good size. The onsen onsite was amazing. Washing machine was free which was nice. The location is close to the metro but about a 20 minute ride from all the popular spots. Quiet area.
