Just a stone's throw from attractions like HEP FIVE, Umeda Sky Building, and Yodobashi Camera, and merely 5 minutes from Osaka Umeda and Nakazakicho Stations, it offers easy access to Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. ◆ Our facility offers a spacious area with two bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single sofa bed, while the second bedroom features a bunk bed and a single sofa bed, providing a total of five beds for a relaxing stay.

The dining area includes a counter table and a 40-inch TV, with access to Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and Netflix for your entertainment. The mini-kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, and more, perfect for those who prefer to cook their own meals. A convenient washing machine is also available. The facility includes a shower room and toilet.

The area is dotted with unique eateries, quaint cafes, and stylish boutiques. From my seven years of living in this wonderful city, I can attest to its comfort. As a special offer, we provide free late checkout until 12 PM. The charm of this room is the spectacular railway view from both bedrooms, though please be aware that there will be some noise when trains pass by. The nights are quiet from 12:30 AM to 5 AM as there are no trains running, but you might wake up to the sound of trains in the morning. I hope you enjoy the unique views from this room. The room is located on the third floor and there is no elevator, so stairs must be used, but this is reflected in our affordable pricing. Enjoy an unforgettable stay in the heart of Osaka, Umeda!

◆ About Non-Smoking
- Our facility is completely non-smoking. We kindly request that reservations from smokers are refrained. In the event of smoking being detected, a cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged. Please refrain from using strong perfumes inside and use them on the balcony instead.

- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Please return any used dishes and equipment to their original places.
- To avoid disturbing neighbors, please refrain from making noise after 9 PM.

◆This room is completely private, so please feel free to use all the rooms. Our facility can accommodate up to 6 guests, but 3-4 guests is the most comfortable. If you stay with 6 guests, the accommodation fee will be discounted, but please understand that it may feel a bit cramped. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us.
