This hotel was AMAZING! Frederick at the front desk was amazing, he was very nice and welcoming. He made the stay 10/10. The property was great as well. Very comfortable and relaxing, and great location. I especially loved the whiskey and gin selection at the bar. I highly recommend this place, and I will be staying again!!

Clean, comfortable rooms and facility. Fred greeted us warmly on arrival and assisted us in recommending and calling in a reservation at a local restaurant. Extremely helpful as we are a family of 5 and seemed harder to find restaurants. The location is in quiet neighborhood with convenient access snack stores and pharmacy. Longer walk to the convenient train line (direct to Shin Ōsaka), shorter walk to a local line.

The Nico Hotel was very cozy and comfortable to stay at. I did enjoyed the fact it felt like an modern apartment than a hotel which is a bonus! If I ever come back to Osaka this will be my to stay spot!

Huge space for family of five adults, very friendly staff. Room was very clean had a balcony for drying washing and a good shower. A number of train stations in walking distance, also 7-11 and family mart close by. Lovely Boulangerie a two minute walk with seating. Dotombori, shopping and Osaka castle walkable. Great location, great space would recommend.
