Hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and were able to help when my door key stopped working. One of the lifts had a disco mirror ball which was cool. Didn't use the laundry service, but there are self-service machine which look useful.

Great sized, comfortable room with modern facilities (a lot easier to walk around than our previous Japan hotel!) with a very comfortable bed after a lot of walking. Staff were fantastic and friendly. They helped us with bar choices and send our luggage to our next hotel. WiFi worked very well. Will definitely look at staying at a Moxy in the future.
