The hotel location is excellent! It's connected to Osaka metro and also has covered overpass directly to Abeno Harukas, Q's mall etc. The room was good but the TV is not a smart TV (no Netflix / Youtube) and there's no safe in the room. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel to stay in osaka

The girl speaks Chinese at front desk is superb, very professional, friendly and helpful. Explained the room service policy to us, help us check in when the aautomatic check in machine failed.
