Very good location, the afternoon tea needs reservation and the restaurant only has food some hours of the day. The izakaya right across the street has amazing food and is cheap. The room has a cool edgy vibe so does the whole hotel.

Excellent location, especially for a first visit to Osaka. Good room size, some with their own laundry. The immediate area around the hotel is pretty calm but a quick walk and you're in a very busy and fun area. Quick walk to Namba station which connects you to the amazing public transit system - we did say trips to Kobe, Kyoto, and Nara during our stay.
