Location was brilliant, you had a mixture of local and touristy restaurants and walking distance to different train lines which made it easy to travel around. Highly recommend booking the deluxe room with the in built dryer in the bathroom (room with the bath tub)

Very comfortable stay!

One of the best hotels we stayed in. It had all the amenities we needed and even more! It was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Osaka!

Location is very convenient to everything, 5 minutes away from train stations, 100 yards away from restaurants and stores. Very satisfied guest here great amenities from the in room washer and dryer also has a small kitchen where you can cook microwave and fridge. Highly recommended will definitely stay again..

I liked how large the room was for my friend and I. It was a little annoying that we needed to bring down our own dirty towels and trash but for the price and area you really can’t complain. The sister hotel was very close and they helped us with luggage forwarding so I really appreciated that as well. Overall comfortable and near all the fun areas by walking.

Loved it. Very specious, great location and service excellent! The office desk stuff was very attentive and accommodating. The only small thing is street noise of sirens time to time, but it never bothered us as we were tired and fell asleep easily.

The room is clean. Kitchen is small, but is good enough for basic warming stuff. Washer/dryer is a big plus for my family. Everything is conveniently arranged; but lack of tv is a big disappointment for the kids. Overall, I would give 4.5 stars.
