The hotel was beautiful. Everything was super clean. The only reason I’m keeping it three stars is because everything was automated. There was no person concierge and for a person that it’s not really high-tech savvy. It was hard to check in at least for my parents was.

It was great to have a washer in the apartment style hotel. I wish cooking utensils were included to use the stove but sadly they are not. Lot of local places to eat that are good. 10 minute walk to train stations. Close to convenience stores!

Room is cleaned and tidy. Sufficient spaces for two persons with 2 big suitcases. Bed is cleaned, widened and comfortable 👍 Bathroom & toilet are separated which is very great. Amenities are fully provided. Highly recommend the property for the journey being in Osaka

This is a luxury stay in a nice neighborhood. Although it’s not in the center of the most popular spots, it’s nice to get away and be more local. Our favorite bar and restaurant in our two week Japan trip were a result of staying at Merbabu. Some of the functions of the lighting and tub were difficult because the instructions were not clear, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
