My new favorite hotel in Osaka. The staff is extremely attentive and warm. The facilities are well kept and clean and room service does an excellent job. Amenities are great with a sizable gym and pool. This will be my new go to hotel each time I’m in Osaka.

Overall, it's okay, considering the price. I think we deserved better quality for the pillows - the thickness is about 1CM, and the breakfast buffet was disappointing. In the hotel, most of the staff are professional and friendly, only the breakfast restaurant is quite frustrating. I'm not sure if the Raman was cold and only boiled for 3 seconds while you were waiting for the staff to cook it in front of you. However, it's diverse, but the taste and quality aren't so good.

We unfortunately had to cancel our visit to Osaka and as a result cancel our stay at the Intercontinental. Despite having a few days notice the hotel would not give any form of refund I know we booked the room without cancelation provisions but was hoping there would be some form of concession on this given the advanced notice.
