This was a real disappointment, we use this hotel chain in Tokyo so thought we would stick with what we know. The hotel was dirty, noisy and tired. The reception was unhelpful with a problem with the refrigerator in the room that was not working. Very impersonal service. Would not visit this hotel again.

Good Value and Convenient Location

The place was above average and definitely worth the money. Staff were friendly and helpful, even with queries after our stay. The room was clean, though it could have been a bit more cosy. Great location with lots of shops nearby. Overall, a nice stay while in Osaka.

Breakfast buffet was good, getting there early is a long wait. Near Dotonburi was great. Namba walk (underground outlet store in subway) was great to find food. Restaurant's are tourists spots so it can get pricey but overall its a great hotel spot with like 2-3 min walk to train station and 6-7 mins to an elevator to help with luggage and strollers.

Pros: 1) One block away from subway entrance, indoor walkway with many shops and restaurants, and Dotonbori. 2) Steps away from drug store, restaurants, and convenience store. 3) Buffet breakfast selection and drinks were good with Japanese and Western options. 4) Room size, quality and cleanliness were good for the price paid. Cons: 1) Room was a bit noisy being close to Dotonbori. 2) Hotel room washroom toilet consistently left a musky smell and was likely from pipes.

Almost perfect, one thing I noticed though, every time I had my room made up, they do not vacuum the room carpet, I do not see a vacuum at the aisle as well. Room and washroom is clean, it would be better if rooms are to be vacuumed.

Avoid like the you know what

Was assigned a room opposite the housekeeping area, which meant lots of smashing glass bottles for recycling, vacuum noises, staff chit-chat... Someone has to get the bad room and I was unlucky this time. On checkout they refused to store any luggage containing laptops or cameras, which to me implies a history of theft issues.

Unfortunately this was the most uncomfortable stay we had in Japan. Super tiny and old bathrooms with a really tall bathtub that made it near impossible to use them The only good thing about this hotel is the excellent location and friendly staff

Staff was super helpful and were extremely friendly. The location is excellent and very walkable. I did notice that the room itself had some flies in the bathroom upon checking in. There were also some very noisy partiers who came back and partied in the hallways at 3am and the noise was very clear in the rooms which was disruptive. Overall however a nice hotel with a great location.

Great location, clean room, lots of famous restaurants. Bathroom is a bit small but clean. not easy to use the washing machine and dryer. Refrigerator is not working well. However, I can see Dotonbori from my room and only 2 mins to walk to the place for the day tour bus stop. Staff are really kind.
