I had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was close to Shinjuku station and the staff was always so helpful with everything. They even helped me book a luggage shipping service to my next hotel in Osaka. Would highly recommend!

Right next to Taisho station (大正駅) which is an easy access to Osaka station. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also have a little free drink bar with dessert, coffee and tea. The room is a bit small but clean. There are shops and restaurants around even late night (I personally recommend the bread shop close by). The only thing I would recommend is for them to install a coin laundry inside the hotel as well (the closest coin laundry shop in 3 minutes away). However, overall is really great.

Not knowing Japanese wasn't an obstacle checking in. Hotel was immaculate, staff was ultra friendly, and the bed was super comfy. Honestly my only gripe is the shower. The temperature fluctuated a lot between being way too hot to slightly cool but that's honestly a very minor gripe. That said I'd definitely stay again should I ever return to Osaka.

The room was nice and decent amount of space for being smaller. The train station is really close by which is great! Everything I wanted to do in Osaka was over 30 minutes away though. There’s not much to do in this area. Also the hotel charges to store luggage so on my last day I wanted to spend more time before heading back to Tokyo but they don’t hold your luggage for also they just end up storing your luggage by the hallway of the front desk. They don’t have an actual space for it so that was another reason I didn’t feel comfortable leaving it.

The hotel room had a strong, lingering odor of cigarette smoke, despite being advertised as a non-smoking room. Ironically, I was handed a non-smoking policy statement when I checked in. my hair, all unpacked stuff in my luggage ended with smoke ordor. the expereince was so bad even when the location was only a few steps away from the subway station and the Osaka Dome. Recommand to look for any other hotel on the subway line than this. the price performance ratio was definately negative.

部屋が狭い ベッドが狭い ベッドと壁の間の謎の隙間がホテル運営の計画性の無さの現れ 部屋のシャワーブースは狭すぎて 標準体型でも足を洗う時などにあちらこちらに体がぶつかる 体格の良い外国人や高齢者は身動きが取れず満足に身体を洗えないと思う 清掃や設備の管理が行き届いていおらず トイレのボタンは故障し換気口も開閉不能 大浴場の洗い場の床は、カビや赤いぬめりにまみれていて毎日清掃されているとは思えないほど不潔 またシャワーの水流も弱い 清掃不要とした場合にタオルはドアにかけてくれるがパジャマはもらえず不便 正直１万円以上出して宿泊するランクではない わざわざ海外旅行に来たのにここに泊まってしまう外国人旅行者がかわいそう
