An older building with thinner walls between units and the hallway outside but room is clean and staff was great. Very accessible to main Osaka areas walking. Was very busy as a lot of guests come and go

Great location and service!

The room was very comfortable and clean. I did love how spacious it was. The view and location was amazing just walking distance from the mall, many shops and great restaurants/bars. The staff was very friendly and seemed like all of them spoke English. They also had the Yamato traveling service right by the lobby so I was able to ship my luggage to Kyoto before leaving Osaka. The subway entrance was conveniently on the basement of the hotel so that was nice

Have everything you need around the area. But stating the obvious, if you pay for a better room everything inside is newer and bigger compare to a standard room and also prepare to pay tax on top of what you think was paid in full when booking.

This hotel is located in the heart of the shopping, dining, and nightlife. The train station is conveniently attached in the basement making the hotel the perfect hub for Osaka adventures. Only complaint was the sound of the crosswalk beeping being audible in my room at all times.

My review

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with good service throughout my stay. However, the absence of an onsen and a gym made the overall experience fall short of excellent. While comfortable and pleasant, the lack of these amenities limited the value compared to other options.
