Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda exceeded every expectation. Location: just awesome - steps from transit, shopping, and dining, making exploration effortless. Rooms: spacious and spotless, thoughtfully laid out with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Breakfast: sumptuous buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold options, fresh fruit, and quality coffee to fuel the day. Evening offerings: the hotel serves drinks (including wine) each evening, and a light late-evening dinner-style selection that’s perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Staff: so very helpful - warm, attentive, and quick to assist with recommendations and requests. Overall, a superb stay for both first-time visitors and repeat travelers - great location, clean roomy accommodations, excellent food, and genuinely helpful service. Highly recommended.

Very close to Blue Line train and Osaka Station. Family Mart in front. Staff very friendly. The only downside is the small room size with little space on foot for luggages

My bathroom smelled like a dirty rag. I had to ask them to clean it again. The carpet in my room is full of stains and dirt. Had to ask them to clean it too.

Tuve de las peores experiencias al momento de hacer check in. llegamos a la 1 y el check in era a las 3, pero la habitación ya estaba lista, sin embargo el personal fue muy grosero y tajante cobrándonos 1,000 yenes por hora anticipada por habitación, me parece un abuso pero lo peor fue la actitud del personal, casi ni querían atendernos hasta las 3 PM, me quedé con muy mal sabor de boca, no regresaría a este hotel porque n o me hicieron sentir que era un huésped importante para ellos, muy mala atención

We enjoyed our stay. It's just a couple of minute-walk from Osaka Station and there are a few convenience stores nearby. It was clean and the staff were nice. The breakfast was good with variety of food. The lounge had free coffee and even free wine during the evening happy hour. The big bath on the top floor was a good additon on top of these good services.

Great location walking distance from Osaka station. Convenient access for tourists planning to go to Osaka castle or Universal. The queen bed room accommodates two comfortably and has a great bathroom. We rented two rooms to accommodate our family of 4. Onsen was relaxing too.

Nice hotel for family trip.

Had a pleasant stay. A hotel was nice, clean, and very conveniently located right by Osaka station. Staff was professional and courteous. Our room was decent size and was very well kept. Beds were comfortable.
