The room was clean albeit small, bathroom small, sink is in the bedroom due to this!! Pillows were very thin, which was a shame as rest of stay was good. Rooms clean and hotel itself clean. 5 mins from main shopping road, 10 mins to dotonbori, 5 mins from a tube station opening. Would I stay again ? Yes !!

Overall a decent stay for the price. Waking distance to Dontonbori and subway stations. It is definitely more in a party area so it was quite noisy so may not be the best option if you’re a light sleeper. Clean except for stains on the carpet and the room was a bit of an awkward layout which made it hard for travelling with a lot of luggage. As well, their laundry machines had no wash only options (many of my clothes can’t go in the dryer) so I had to go to a laundromat outside of the hotel, which was annoying since I chose this hotel partially because it has onsite laundry.

Concierge and customer service was great. However, the room smelled like urine and bodily fluids the entire time. The hot water didn't work in my bathroom sink but the staff took care of it. No water (either bottle or filtered) offered so you must pay for it at vending machine or go to store. In the lobby, bread and tea/water is offered but only during certain hours. Housecleaning only 1 time per every 3 days. You get what you pay for-- which is the terrific location

Our room was much bigger than expected. It was clean and we were given all amenities we could need. The hotel is within walking distance of most of the key sights and it's easy to get to from the train stations. I would stay here again.

Breakfast buffet had lots of choices from cereal, breads, rolls, pancakes, cream puffs to traditional Japanese foods. Some variations from day to day. Was very filling. There was a coffee machine which dispensed all types of coffee/latte/capuccino, tea and also broth and corn soup! Ice machines available. 2 floors only with laundry and vending machine. The onset was a nice perk with popsicles in the evening and a yogurt drink in the mornings. We were able to store our luggage before and after. Staff were friendly. You can ask for harder pillows and borrow an iron. Bed was comfortable. Pyjama gown provided. Palo toiletries provided (soap, toner and lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash). Bathroom was small but the sink was in a separate area. Cleaning done every twice during our 8 day stay. We could request when it was done. Daily towel and pyjama replacement. Area was convenient and close to the subway and stores. Very walkable. 7-11 across the street. We enjoyed our visit and the room was larger than we expected.

Lovely hotel. Clean, decent sized beds (the biggest beds we encountered in Japan) and nice buffet breakfast. Would recommend to anyone staying in Osaka who wants to be near Dotonbori
