Realised why so many complained about the long wait for the slow lifts - peak hours saw cleaning staffs using the guest lifts. Shouldn't they be using their internal staff lifts? I checked in with 3 staffs standing freely behind counter yet staff very persistent for me to use the auto check in machine, while she stood throughout with me to help key in the info. Why not be flexible to flex the warm human touch ? Buffet Breakfast without English Breakfast Tea. Unacceptable. Location not comparable- not much eatery (esp early breakfast) ,luckily at Exit 4 of station a supermarket that came in handy.

Room was very clean and large by Japanese standards. Nice view from the room. I did find that the fridge near the bed made noise during the night and this was annoying. Solid breakfast, unlimited coffee and water refill during the day. Good location.

This hotel is probably a victim of it's own success. It's a great hotel but because it's so busy, sometimes it takes forever to catch an elevator during "rush hour". We've had to wait for several elevators because the incoming elevator was packed, and the stairs were locked so we couldn't even take the stairs. I would do 4.5 stars if I could. But being popular isn't the hotel's fault (maybe having a third elevator could make it perfect.)

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Forza Osaka Kitahama. The location is perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from Kitahama Station, making it very convenient for getting around Osaka and to other main areas like Namba and Umeda. The room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, high-quality amenities. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, Hotel Forza Osaka Kitahama offers fantastic value for money — stylish, clean, and comfortable accommodation in a great location. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka!

We loved our stay at Forza. Would definitely stay with them again. Complimentary coffee and water in the lobby was great. Very clean place. New condition hotel. Very comfortable. Location is good - quiet part of town. But close enough to Yodoyabashi station (Red subway line) to make many things accessible. Also right at Keihan Kitahama for easy trip to Kyoto.

The room was nice and clean and the staff were very kind. The only annoying thing is the elevators. It takes forever, you will be waiting 5 mins and watch it go past your floor 3 times before it comes.
