A great location for the metro and exploring Ōsaka. Hotel is great, clean, comfortable and accessible. Staff are helpful and speak English. The breakfast, is satisfactory.

Exactly a Japanese business hotel. Size of room quite decent for Japanese standards and affordable too. Nothing fancy, but everything needed for a stay. Location of stay works near train station and middle point of all the tourist spots that we wanted to go.

This property is nice and brand new so the room is pretty new with no wear and tear. We booked a triple single and it is kinda small, it's the only negative comment. They basically have no seating area with room to fit only 2 big luggages. The bathroom is clean with modern tech. The washer/dryer are on every other floor and they offer bottle water in the lobby for guests to take. The breakfast is kinda small and might have some wait time with very basic food.

The room is clean, although smaller than we would like. They have all the toiletries we need. I love that we are only 4 minutes walkable to the train station. They have a lot of dining options around the Kitahama area.

Very happy to stay here!

Excellent hotel. Good sized room (for Japan), great shower, very clean and well presented. Less than 200m from Kitahama Metro station and with a Family Mart directly opposite. Would definitely stay here again.
