The hotel is an aparthotel. Therefore no daily housekeeping and no front desk and no staff on site. we stayed in the comfort twin room. Size is good for 2 adults and 2 children. Room was clean and have all the basic necessity needs such as towels, toiletries, slippers, kitchenette (pot, pan, cup, dishes, bowls, and utensils). There is a self-service storage room to lock baggage on main floor. The bonus is having your own washer in the unit, (with air dry function), helps with travelling light. The down side is no staff on site, no phone contact and communication on email only. It can be stressful and scary when room lock code don't work. Would have to stand outside room to wait and pray someone will see the email to get a response. Tip: always email and confirm directly with office for any extended stays.

Room was clean and decent size. The washing machine in the room was great and the indoor dryer in the bathroom help to dry our clothes. Walk to Dotonburi from the hotel is slightly below 15min. There are paid public parking lots just outside the hotel, which was super convenient.

There is no front counter, but the check in process is easy to navigate. The room is clean and is spacious to accommodate family of 4. Very close to Sakuragawa station and walking distance from Namba OCAT.

There is no staff, beds were very comfortable and place was clean, it needs amenities and some color it was very white it felt like a hospital, but good stay after all.

The location was great, but the room could have been better maintained, as we noticed stains on the wallpaper. The washer/dryer setup was misleading—it is not a true 2-in-1 machine, and drying clothes by hanging them in the shower took about six hours, which is inconvenient if you need clothes the same day. There were not enough towel racks for a family of four, and the checkout process was unclear aside from a sign to place a magnet on the door. We also had an issue with locker storage due to unavailable locks. Calling the concierge did not work via the English phone routing, but the issue was resolved within 25 minutes after emailing.
