The room air filter was nasty dusty, the light fixtures in the ceiling are full of dust, even the lamps on the bathroom mirror had a thick wall of dust, headboard broken underneath, the walls are dirty. We got sick coughing and stuffy nose, allergies from sleeping in there. It has a bathroom window connected in the room which was weird. The room is small. The hotel is dated. When we came in to the hotel, they were cleaning the lobby with something that smelled horrible sewer like smell. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE - DO NOT RECOMMEND

The room was clean, smelled clean so I would say the cleaning staff is amazing! BUT when we got there we did see a roach by the front entrance, the area is in the middle of all the touristy things, very central location, but as a touristy area goes it was quite dirty and in the mornings all you saw was the youth finally heading home after a long party night. It wasn’t pretty. Even with how close it is to the area it wasn’t loud which was nice. I just wish the place was more updated I just think it gets a lot of foot traffic so the lobby and carpets are run down. Our friends loved their room as well but we all agreed the lobby area wasn’t the greatest.

The room was pretty spacious and decently priced. The area was very noisy after 6pm though but that's to be expected since its right ina Dotonbori. The fee is too high per person for the stay though.
