Very dirty set up. Dirty carpet in corridor and inside the room. Bed was shaky and slanting. Room size was too small. Bathroom congested. No proper room service. Breakfast staff rude. Breakfast service poor as not refilling timely. If we ask, no response and no curtsey. Reception taking your passport and taking inside the room out side of your site to do photocopy (little unsafe while so many frauds are happening) they not ready to keep printing machine outside. Hotel just at the popular river site and at night time little not comfortable to walk with small kids.

Definitely super close to all the shopping you want and also only a less than 5 minute walk to the done-tonbury River. Also if your person who likes to drink and go to bars there's hundreds right around the hotel.

Shopping streets just right next to the hotel, many restaurants and near the river for the boat-ride. Very convenient for eating and shopping. I will refer this hotel to my friends if they visit Osaka.

It’s good but not the best.

This is just a quick stay in Osaka and it is kinda old and run down but good for like two nights. The walls were not in good condition and it was as clean as it could be but it fulfilled what it needed to fulfill. It truly is a 3 star hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Holiday Inns outside of the US really do have better foods during their breakfasts. Room was clean, had everything we needed and in a prime location. Just be aware there are some adult themed businesses within a close proximity of the property if you have small children you will want to get back to the hotel before it gets dark before those businesses open. Heavy foot traffic but we couldn’t hear the city noise from our room so we were able to sleep well. All in all an excellent stay for our family.

The friendly and service minded reception staff (especially from Ms. Horita and Mr. Urich) who will go the extra mile to assist you. The hotel is very clean, breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is situated in a safe neighbourhood.
